Jde o to, j\u00edst kvalitn\u00ed pokrmy v co nejp\u0159irozen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podob\u011b, bez p\u0159idan\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a \u00c9\u010dek. Supermarkety sice p\u0159ekypuj\u00ed hlavn\u011b t\u011bmito potravinami, ale na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed existuj\u00ed ji\u017e i obchody se zdravou v\u00fd\u017eivou a lok\u00e1ln\u00ed farm\u00e1\u0159i prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed sv\u00e9 produkty. Zde se plat\u00ed za kvalitu a za p\u00e9\u010di, ne za chemick\u00e9 a pr\u016fmyslov\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 prepar\u00e1ty. J\u00edst kvalitn\u00ed a plnohodnotn\u00e9 potraviny p\u0159isp\u011bje k va\u0161emu lep\u0161\u00edmu zdravotn\u00edmu stavu v dne\u0161n\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b pln\u00e9m toxin\u016f stra\u0161\u00edc\u00edm na ka\u017ed\u00e9m rohu (vzduch, voda, p\u016fda, l\u00e9ky, o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2026). Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je v\u0161ak br\u00e1t v\u0161e s rezervou a nehnat se za vidinou n\u011b\u010deho, co v\u00e1m diktuje tato konven\u010dn\u00ed doba.
